The Collective

The Lyrically Challenged Collective are solo artists that have come together to make music. The core group consists of five female rappers/poets MC Angel, Shay D, Sirena Reynolds and Soronity Turner, singer Emma Prior and DJ Shorty. The Collective performed at Secret Garden Party Festival in summer and performed as a live stream for the infamous Nick Knights Show Studios as well as shows throughout the city including The Ivy and Proud Galleries Camden. The crew is currently recording their EP and filming their music videos. The female energy they bring is balancing out the façade that Hip Hop is given and once you experience Lyrically Challenged, you will be hooked!
